For example, an Essential Support Package includes approximately 2 hours of support per week. Those hours may be used as:

One 2-hour visit
Two 1-hour visits
Four 30-minute reassurance visits
A shopping trip
Community access support
An appointment escort
A companionship visit at home

Unused hours do not roll over into the following month.
