Our monthly plans include a set number of hours that you can use flexibly throughout the month. The length and frequency of each visit can be tailored to suit your needs, allowing you to decide how and when you would like to use your allocated hours.
No. Unused hours do not roll over into the following month. This allows us to effectively plan and reserve time for all our clients. We encourage you to make the most of your allocated hours each month, and we will work with you to schedule visits at times that best suit your needs.

No. Polaris Wellbeing Visits does not provide personal care, hoisting, moving and handling, or medication administration. Our service focuses on companionship, wellbeing, practical support, and helping people maintain their independence and quality of life. If your needs change and require regulated care, we can support you with a referral to a trusted CQC-regulated care provider who is better equipped to meet your care needs.
Yes, optional reassurance updates for families can be arranged following each visit, giving loved ones peace of mind.

Yes. We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate short-notice requests where our availability allows. However, we recommend regular scheduled visits whenever possible, as they provide greater consistency, continuity, and allow us to build meaningful relationships with our clients.
